We’ve got you covered.
Every Joolify piece, whether it’s a Joolet or a Joollion, purchased through our official e-shop or authorized partners comes with:
– Lifetime warranty for all mechanical parts (Joolet & Joollion mechanisms)
– 24-month warranty for all other metal components
– 12-month warranty for leather or textile elements

Warranty Conditions
To activate and validate your warranty, you need the unique Serial Number that comes with each piece. Make sure to register your jewelry at joolify.gr/register.
Without this, Joolify I.K.E. is not obligated to proceed with any inspection, repair, or replacement.
Jewelry Repairs
If something goes wrong with your piece during its warranty period, we’ll evaluate and repair it free of charge, or with a minor fee (up to €10/item) depending on:
– The nature of the issue (e.g., wear and tear vs. misuse)
– Availability of replacement parts
– Your consent for the repair
Please note: Issues like tarnishing, fading, or surface wear are considered normal use and are not covered under warranty.
Repair Request Process
1. Send your request via email:
– Fill out the Repair Consent Form
– Attach clear photos of the issue
– Email everything to: info@joolify.gr / Subject line: TECHNICAL INSPECTION
2. Wait for approval
Our team will evaluate your case and let you know via email if you’re approved to ship the item.
3. Ship your jewelry
Once approved, send your piece to:

If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll cover the shipping.
In all other cases, shipping is at your cost. We recommend using insured delivery, as Joolify is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping.
Repair time: Up to 30 business days from receipt.
Return shipping: Done via ACS, free of charge.
Any repair costs: Paid electronically before the item is returned, or by cash on delivery upon receipt.
Jewelry Replacements
Replacements are possible within 30 calendar days of purchase, but only for confirmed manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired.
Natural wear (like surface color changes) is not eligible for replacement.
How to Request a Replacement:
Follow the same steps as for a repair, but note “Replacement Request” in the comments of your form.
If approved, send your piece to the same address.
Replacement time: Within 15 business days from receipt.
Return shipping: On us, via ACS.
Important Notes
Always inspect your item upon delivery: If anything’s damaged, contact ACS within 8 hours and email us at info@joolify.gr.
Unauthorized Returns: Returns without serial number, or prior approval, will be sent back at the sender’s cost.
