Joolify Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our Goal: Your Complete Satisfaction

If Something Didn’t Go as Expected

You have the right to return or exchange any Joollions or Joolets you’ve purchased, under the following conditions.

When Can You Request a Return or Exchange?

You’re eligible to request a return or replacement if:

  1. You received the wrong product (incorrect size, color, code, or pricing).
  2. The item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue, as covered by Joolify’s warranty.
  3. There was damage during shipping, either to the product or its packaging.

In these cases, you may refuse delivery or, if you’ve already received the item, return it within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Please note: This return policy applies only to purchases made through joolify.gr and not to purchases from authorized physical retail stores.

If you received a defective item, a damaged product, or the wrong order, you can return your jewelry – even if it was a gift!

Return the jewelry you purchased or received as a gift in case of a defect, damage, or incorrect product shipment on our part.

Return Conditions

To Ensure Your Return is Accepted:

  1. The item must be unworn and in perfect condition.
  2. It must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories (box, tags, protective materials, etc.).
  3. A valid receipt or gift card must be included.

Items purchased on sale or promotional/free items are not eligible for return or exchange – unless it’s a size change (for bracelets or rings) and only if the new size is in stock.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Write down the new product SKU and desired size on your receipt or gift card.
  2. The new item must be of equal or greater value. Any price difference will be paid upon delivery.
  3. Ship your return package to the following address:

Shipping Costs & Return Safety

  1. If the error was on our end, we’ll cover all return shipping costs.
  2. If you changed your mind or made a mistake in your order, you are responsible for return shipping.
  3. We strongly recommend sending your return insured and properly packaged.
  4. Joolify is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return transit.
  5. You can track your return using your courier’s tracking number – please note that we do not send return receipt confirmations.

Processing Time

Return processing and exchanges are completed within 15 business days after we receive your item.

Please note: During busy periods (e.g. sales or holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly longer.

What If You Receive a Damaged Item?

Notify the courier within 8 hours of delivery so they can accept responsibility.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for products exchanged due to size or code changes.
