What’s Covered by the Lifetime Warranty?

Joolets – Coverage:

– Lifetime: Functional integrity of the locking mechanism to ensure flawless use with your Joollions.
– 2 Years: Structural durability of the main metal body.
– 1 Year: Leather or textile elements (like cords or straps).

All Joolets go through strict quality control. Warranty applies only with normal, proper use.

Joollions — Coverage:

– Lifetime: For the metal locking pin mechanism that connects to your Joolet.
– 2 Years: For the rest of the metal body of the Joollion.

As with Joolets, warranty is valid only with appropriate use.

What’s Not Covered by the Joolify Warranty?

– Natural wear and tear: Tarnishing or oxidation of sterling silver (925) due to humidity, sweat, perfume, or cosmetics is a natural reaction, not a flaw. Same goes for eventual fading of gold-plating or platinum-plating over time.

– Improper use: Damage from misuse or accidents—like deep scratches, cracks, dents, or broken clasps.

– External exposure: Damage from chemicals (e.g., chlorine, detergents) or extreme temperatures.
