RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You are eligible to return or exchange your Joolify products if:

a) You initiate the return within 30 calendar days from the purchase date.
b) The product was delivered incorrectly, is of poor quality, or defective (e.g. wrong item, damaged packaging, shipping error, etc.).
c) The product has a functional or quality-related issue covered by the Joolify Warranty.

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and unworn, with the original tag and serial number intact.

All returns must be carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit.

a) All authentic Joolets (bases) are covered by a warranty:

– Lifetime coverage for the proper functioning of their mechanism – specifically, the interaction between the T-shaped pin on the Joollion and the internal mechanism in every Joolet.
– 2 years for all other metal components.
– 1 year for leather and fabric parts, provided the product is used as intended and has passed our quality control.

b) All authentic Joollions (interchangeable charms) are covered by a warranty:

– Lifetime coverage for the T-shaped pin that secures the Joollion inside a Joolet’s mechanism.
– 2 years for the remaining metal parts, assuming proper use and successful quality inspection.
